These terms and conditions apply to “Scan & Win” programme (“Programme”) sponsored and launched by Ready Roti India Private Limited (“Company”) for its consumers.

Programme Period - Starts on 1st April 2023, 12:00 am and will conclude on 27th April 2023, 11:59 pm.

This Programme will run on “Hearty Brown” 400g pack only.

Validity - This contest is open and valid in Delhi NCR only.

The Contest is subject to all applicable central, state and local laws and regulations.

By participating in this Programme, Participants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these terms and conditions available on the website harvestgold.bigcityexperience.com. The decisions of Company will be final and binding in all matters related to the Programme. Successfully entering the Programme and winning a prize is subject to all requirements set forth herein.

How to Participate – Participants are expected to scan the QR code given on the pack, share the required information on the website and enter unique code found inside the wrapper of the “Hearty Brown” 400g pack. Winners will be picked upon the completion of these steps.

Selection of the winners will be done based on the following:
    • Only entries which have met all the mandates will be considered.
    • Assured rewards for all qualifying entries – Rs 10 PayTM cashback.
    • 50 lucky winners will be given Rs 3000/- Boat smartwatch voucher.
    • 10 lucky winners will win Rs 9999/- Tanishq Gold Coin voucher.
    • Winners will be picked randomly by the algorithm.
    • A participant can win a maximum of 1 prize during the promotion period.

The winners will be communicated within 48 business hours of making the entry through SMS.

The vouchers/gifts cannot be exchanged for cash.

Decision of the Company as regards the selection of winners and distribution of prizes shall be final. No correspondence or claim in this regard will be accepted by the Company.

The brand holds no liability and can cancel or end the contest at their own will.
If a Participant is dissatisfied with the Programme or the materials available related thereto, or with these terms and conditions, his/her sole and exclusive remedy is to not participate in the Programme.

Company will not be responsible for any NDNC (National Do Not Call) Registry regulations that will come into play. All Participants who participate will agree as per the terms and conditions that even if they are registered under NDNC, DND (Do Not Disturb), the Company will have all the authority to call such winners by virtue of them having voluntarily participated in the Programme.

The winners must, at the request of Company, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) relating to the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to Company using their name and image in promotional material.

Each Participant represents and warrants that he/she is legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable laws. By taking part and/or entering into the Programme, the Participant warrants that all information provided by Participant regarding Participant's name, age, state, city, address, phone number, etc., is true, correct, accurate and complete.

Prizes shall be given on an "as-is basis" and without any warranty or guarantee concerning the quality, suitability or comfort, and the Company and/or its associates, affiliates and/ or its management, directors, officers, agents, representatives shall not be responsible for or liable (including but not limited to the product and service liabilities) for deficiency and/ or defect of any product/service and/or the prize or for any kind of consequential damages/ loss, in any manner whatsoever. If any Participant has any grievance with respect to the prize, he/she may directly contact the manufacturer.

Company reserves the right to change, defer, alter or cancel this Programme in part or full, or change any or all of the terms and conditions that are applicable, without giving prior intimation/notice of any kind and will not be liable for any consequential losses/damages. Any decision of the Company in this regard and in general with respect to this Programme and the terms and conditions thereto shall be final, binding and conclusive.

Company shall not be accountable/liable for any disruptions / stoppages / interruptions or cancellation of the Programme due to any government restrictions.

The participation in the Programme is purely voluntary and the same shall be construed as an acceptance of the terms and conditions stipulated herein.

All disputes arising out of or in connection to this Programme are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram only.

Terms and Conditions – Cashback

1. This offer entitles the end user to cashback on their Online Wallet.

2. By redeeming the Offer provided on the same, a participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions below (“Conditions”).

3. These Conditions apply to every person ("Participant”) redeeming the offer given by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd, no claim shall lie for any redemption requests made after the expiry of the Offer Period.

8. The Participant acknowledges that relevant state and central taxes may be deducted by the merchant while redeeming the discount offer and therefore, the amount reflected in the voucher may not be the same as the final redemption value received by the Participant.

9. In no event shall Premiere Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or READY ROTI INDIA PVT. LTD. be held liable for any issues relating to the redemption of the voucher including redemption requests not being honoured by the wallet partner/payment processing partner.

10. In no event shall the maximum liability of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd exceed the value of the assured reward value of the voucher i.e., Rs. 10

11. Any disputes or differences in connection with the offer shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Bengaluru.

12. The wallet partner reserve the right to restrict cashback for any account with suspicious behaviour or invalid details/credentials. The wallet partner has the right to ask for documents to prove the customer/user's identity.

Terms & Conditions for Boat Gift Voucher

1. Gift Card can be redeemed only on www.boat-lifestyle.com
2. Boat Gift Cards are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
3. Once purchased, a gift card cannot be cancelled.
4. Boat products bought using Boat gift card cannot be cancelled or returned.
5. Products can only be exchanged with another piece of the same product in case a defective item is received.

Terms & Conditions for Gold Coin Voucher

1. This e-Gift card once issued is activated.
2. This e-Gift card is valid on all categories, at the participating Tanishq Showrooms in India.
3. This e-Gift card is allowed for one time redemption only.
4. This Gift Card is valid for 6 months from date of activation/issuance.
5. Any unused balance on the e-Gift card will not be refunded or credited.
6. Balance / expiry may be checked at the Tanishq cash counters.
7. Tanishq will not replace or reimburse the value of your card if its lost, stolen, or expired.
8. This e-Gift Card is non-encashable.
9. Bearer is responsible if an e-Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

General Terms & Conditions

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. 22. READY ROTI INDIA PVT. LTD. does not endorse the quality of any of the products or services being offered by the Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or by the cashback partners. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the same would have to be taken up directly with the Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd marketing of such a product or service.

23. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
